2009

A refined blend of typical red grapes from Valtènesi.
Even after years of aging and refinement, its color remains the typical ruby red given by Groppello grapes. Its bouquet is fruity and softly spiced. It is full-bodied and mellow, enriched by a characteristic vanilla vain and by the mineral salts contained in the Valtènesi soil.
It is excellent with red meat cooked according to the most varied recipes, fish in tasty tomato sauce and aged cheese.
