Eliodoro

It’s a nectar from only organic olives (min. 45% Casaliva, Leccino and Frantoio, with Pendolino and Moraiolo) cultivated in the Valtènesi area in the neighbourhood of Maguzzano abbey. The olives are ground within 24 hours from cold pressing between the end of October and the end of November.
The colour is straw yellow with green nuances. The aroma is fruity and recalls fresh olives with a slight scent of herbs. The structure is harmonic, the taste is sweet with green olive nuances and notes of ripe banana. A soft hint of bitter almond and a slightly hot vain can also be perceived. It is extremely typical. 
It is excellent and recommended to enhance any kind of food.
