A meticulous selection of the best grapes from Valtènesi gives birth to a prestigious and renowned wine, aged for 18 months in oak barrels and then longly refined in bottle. The production is limited to 5000 liters per vintage and it can be sold on the market only after at least 30 months from harvest.
It is excellent with grilled and stewed meat, truffle based courses and aged cheese.
